Anthony Park is a Partner with over 15 years of consulting experience in oil and gas, construction, shipbuilding, and offshore engineering industries. Anthony specializes in leadership performance and culture change with a focus on safety and high performance. He worked with many international and Korean clients such as Chevron, Shell, Exxon, BP, INPEX, Suncor, JGC, Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI), DSME, SK Group, Daewoo E&C and more.
Throughout his career, he has been assigned to work in Qatar, Japan, Vietnam, Canada, and Korea, and his international experience helped him to break down cultural barriers to generate breakthrough performance for many organizations.
Anthony co-created people based safety approaches with Korean clients from 2013. Two good examples are S1 for HHI, and CLEAR for Daewoo E&C which contributed to reducing incidents and injuries in the Shipbuilding and Construction industries in Korea.
Before joining JMJ, Anthony obtained his training and coaching expertise from the Shell Pearl Training Centre and ILM. He has spoken at various national events including the Korea International Safety Conference.
Anthony served as a parachute trooper in the Republic of Korea Marine Corps and holds a Business Administration Degree from the University of Sunderland.
He is a certified scuba diver and a triathlete. He speaks fluent English and Japanese at a highly academic and professional level in addition to his Korean mother language.
