As Managing Director for JMJ’s EMEA region, Andy leads our transformational consulting business, including The School of Coaching, within the region.
Andy brings over 27 years’ experience of enabling sustainable business performance improvement globally and cross-industry. He has built himself a highly credible reputation as a C-level business transformation partner for executive teams seeking to fulfil the potential of their organisations.
Andy joined JMJ from Royal Dutch Shell, where, as the VP Organisation Effectiveness, he partnered with the Business and Functional Leadership teams to shape and deliver the Group-level change and business improvement agenda, and to develop sustainable in-house transformational change capability.
Andy has held numerous prior executive consulting roles, including as lead partner for Accenture’s Organisation Change practice in UK/Ireland. He held senior leadership positions on multiple business transformation programs in different sectors, some of ground-breaking scale and complexity for Accenture.
He is an experienced C-level executive coach.
Andy received his MA Degree in Modern Languages, Queens’ College, Cambridge University.
