AUSTIN, TEXAS, January 16, 2012 — JMJ Associates is delighted to announce a partnership between The School of Coaching and the National College of Ireland (NCI) to bring the world’s most prestigious coaching programme to Ireland, the first programme of its kind to offer learning and networking opportunities in Dublin, Ireland.
“We are thrilled about entering into partnership with National College of Ireland. Bringing our Coach’s Programme to Ireland is a first for The School and we are very excited about connecting with a broad network of business professionals and offering our particular brand of coaching right in the heart of Dublin and its financial and business center. Delivering the Coach’s Programme with NCI presents a great opportunity to work closely with Ireland’s current and future business leaders”. Alan Palmer, Operations Manager at The School of Coaching.
National College of Ireland has just celebrated its 60th anniversary. Founded in 1951 in Ranelagh’s Sandford Lodge, the college is now based in a thriving city-centre campus in Dublin’s International Financial Services Centre. It offers full- and part-time courses to 3,500 students, in the areas of business, marketing, HR, accountancy, computing and finance. NCI has a leadership position in the areas of management development and human resource management with a proud tradition of educating senior leaders and managers.
The School’s Coach’s Programme is a tremendous fit with NCI’s 60 year history of developing business leaders. The Coach’s Programme is one of the world’s most widely respected programmes and both The School and NCI see it as a tremendous opportunity for senior managers in Ireland to experience the real personal growth and business results that can be achieved through a coaching approach.
“I can honestly say that going through a coaching programme changed my life and was a pivotal moment in my career and personal development and I would wholeheartedly recommend it. Of course a vital part of the programme is the expertise and experience of people like Myles Downey and the rest of the team. The proven content of the Coach’s Programme, the world class faculty and the support provided by National College of Ireland all combine to make the Coach’s Programme hugely compelling for Ireland’s business and management community”. Dr Phillip Matthews, President National College of Ireland.
The Coach’s Programme is an International Coach Federation (ICF) Accredited Coach Training Programme (ACSTH) and has achieved the European Quality Award at Senior Practitioner Level through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). The Coach’s Programme is designed for senior executives, leaders and professionals wishing to develop the skills to coach professionally, with an ability to coach at senior levels within organizations. The programme teaches a deep level of coaching capability and skill, taking participants on an inner as well as outer learning journey. “As a participant on the Coach’s Programme I understand what individuals on the course are looking for and I know the benefits this programme can bring”.
