AUSTIN, TEXAS, October 15, 2018 — JMJ Associates (JMJ), the leading global management consultancy specializing in culture and safety leadership, recently made two C-level appointments. JMJ CEO Sue Steele appointed Anne Prichard as chief human resources officer and Andy Fisher as chief financial officer. Both positions report directly to the CEO, and work closely with the rest of the executive leadership team, the board of directors and the firm’s partners amid JMJ’s continued rapid growth.

Ms. Prichard is an experienced senior leader with a 25-year career in organizational development and human resources. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in corporate HR and has led human resources departments for publicly traded, multinational businesses operating in the telecom, construction and pharmaceutical sectors. Most recently, she served as VP of HR for Jacobs Engineering, supporting operations in EMEA.

Mr. Fisher is a chartered accountant, with more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance. Prior to joining JMJ, he served as vice president and chief financial officer for KBR’s engineering and construction segments for the Americas. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and has a broad range of expertise in the areas of financial planning and analysis as well as project accounting.
