The Senior Consultant will lead on large, complex Organisational Cultural Change and Organisational Development engagements. The position, based in Doha, Qatar, often involves working on multiple assignments at a time.
The role of the Senior Consultant is to partner with JMJ clients from the moment of defining the business problem and setting direction for the solution, through to executing the change intervention and evaluating impacts – with a clear focus on impact and sustainability at every stage. This role will lead and shape organisation development solutions and change management projects, including activities such as: diagnosing and assessing the current state of the organisation (including interview/survey assessments), defining key organisation development challenges and potential solutions, designing change management interventions to bring about the intended change. This will also involve creating and delivering coaching and development workshops for various levels within the client organisation, including management and leadership.
