Responsibilities
The accountabilities include (however are not limited to):
- Generate a flourishing pipeline of client transformation opportunities across the region
- Lead key transformation engagements with our clients
- Develop innovative solutions and interventions with our clients and teams
- Be an active source of thought leadership and disruptive ideas that enable breakthroughs in safety and performance culture within the industries we operate in
- Lead, coach and support development of our people
- Build and sustain a thriving, connected, energised EMEA community
- Be a generative source of JMJ’s purpose, values, vision and transformational consulting practice within the region
Requirements and Competencies for Success
The accountabilities include (however are not limited to):
- Educated to degree level
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop long lasting relationships with employees, clients and c-suite
- Strong human performance consulting experience achieved working within relevant industry sectors (eg infrastructure, construction, oil and gas, renewable energy, utilities, manufacturing, chemicals…) at all levels of the organisation
- Expertise in shaping and leading sustainable transformational change at organisation, team and individual level which realises improvements in eg Safety Leadership/Culture, High Performing Capital Projects, Quality and Operational Excellence within Operations
- Adept at structuring and manage complex engagements, bringing discipline and effective business management to the way we run our own business
- A natural leader of teams, able to motivate, engage and empower
- Proven ability to work globally across geographies and time zones, dealing with multicultural issues and global business needs
- Passion for achieving transformational systemic change through people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills appropriate for C-suite interactions with the ability to influence senior leaders and clients on complex issues
