Nils Steinbrecher, JMJ APAC Managing Director will be the featured safety leadership speaker for the monthly meeting of SPET, the Society of Professional Engineers in Thailand.
He will deliver the keynote address entitled: How Does A Safety Culture Culminate the World Record of 1,000,000 Working Hours Without LTI (Lost Time Incident).

Having worked with many global and regional clients to transform their organizations’ safety culture and operational performance, Nils brings a wealth of consulting experience to his role.
In this presentation, Nils will share how a thorough and dynamic approach in the creation of a high performing culture brings about not only safety, but also an exponential improvement in quality, attendance, diminishment of absenteeism [85%] and conflict of the Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract Habshan 5 Process Plant Project, the largest in the Abu Dhabi gas industry. It was valued at around $4.7 billion USD and involved over 800 Engineers from 6 different countries.
Nils Steinbrecher is based in Singapore for 11 years. He is a Part-time lecturer at National University of Singapore (NUS) for his Master of Environmental Management Course.
Nils was a partner and energy climate change practice leader at ERM in Asia and Europe and was the Strategic Account Leader and Business Director for ASEAN, Japan and Korea at DuPont Sustainable Solutions, an operations management consulting firm prior to joining with JMJ.
