JMJ Senior Consultant Dennis Percy will present a keynote speech during the Qatar International Business Women Forum (QIBWF), held on 16th and 17th December 2014. Percy will explore the ways in which an organization can create future results that go above and beyond what may currently be perceived as possible.

The QIBWF is organised by the Qatari Businesswomen Association in collaboration with Interactive Business Network (IBN), and will be conducted under the main theme of ‘Business Women and the New Age of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Social Responsibility.’ The forum’s aim is to open new horizons for businesswomen in the Gulf, by empowering them to utilise their leadership roles in the economic arena. This aim aligns with the vision of the State of Qatar to empower women to promote social and economic development. Women from different backgrounds and professions will discuss the challenges facing women in professional life and share many success stories.

About the Qatar International Business Women Forum
The QIBWF is held annually and is organised by the Qatar Businesswomen Association in cooperation with Interactive Business Network (IBN).The forum will address the analysis issues of the economic and social roles of women and how they will be impacted by ongoing developments in the region. The scope of its discussions, deliberations, workshops and other events covers a wide range of topics in leadership, entrepreneurship, management, finance, culture and social issues.
