JMJ Associates will deliver a session on the Culture of Safety at The Offshore Project Safe Forum in June.

JMJ’s Senior Consultants Mike Goddu and Jeremy Haslam will deliver a session at the Offshore Project Safe Forum (OPSF) entitled Safety Culture Over the Life Cycle of a Project. This presentation will focus on creating a Culture of Safety, exploring the role of leadership in creating this culture and the invisible factors that need to be addressed in order to enable success.
The Offshore Project Safe Forum (OPSF) is held twice year, focused on improving safety on offshore projects in Australia. The OPSF Forum enables operators and key offshore contractors from all levels to come together to share lessons learned, best practices, tools and resources. The aim is to forge closer working relationships and to jointly identify strategies to improve safety performance in the industry.
