JMJ Associates will present ‘Going Beyond Zero Using Safety Leading Indicators’ at the European Construction Institute’s (ECI) International Conference ‘Raising the Bar: Delivering Excellent Projects’ in June.
JMJ’s Global Client Manager Billy Gibbons will deliver the presentation, which will focus on differentiating between leading and lagging indicators in relation to achieving ‘zero’ in safety on a project. It will also explore how achieving a breakthrough in the health and safety environment naturally leads to accelerations in project time and efficiency.
This year’s ECI conference will examine how the construction industry can move from the delivery of ‘good projects’ simply meeting standards to ‘excellent projects’ that exceed stakeholder expectations. The event will feature leaders from industry, government and academia. Headlining speakers include Andrew Wolstenholme (CEO of Crossrail) and Jan Tuchman (Editor-in-Chiefs of Engineering News Record) amongst many other speakers and leaders from European and international construction sectors. The key conference themes will examine focal areas of construction including front-end planning, leadership, productivity, project failure and success.
