The Oil and Gas Exploration and Production industry faces numerous challenges as it addresses: growing energy demand; providing supply security for the future; increasing price pressures and competition; lowering operating costs but innovating in more remote and harsher environments.

Energy companies are continuing to push the boundaries looking for pioneering approaches. The pressure is at an all-time high, and many organisations are wanting the highest caliber of people and are looking to achieve the highest of standards.
