The annual Task Force ZERO safety conference will focus on inspiring leaders to respond in the safest way possible, especially in the period of a challenging environment. The psychical environment is no more or less safe because of the current oil price. In safety, choices made are not based on the business environment; they are based on commitments and what is consider the right thing to do. Making a difference in terms of safety is up to everyone in the industry at every level within the organisation.

Establishing high reliability safety leadership in organisations is about who you are and what you are for people around you, and how you guide and inspire your people to think and choose to be safe.

The conference will look at what the industry can learn from others who have faced similar challenges. Discussing what should be expected from leaders in the industry as well as investigate different tools, means and convictions necessary to continue evolving reliable and consistent safety leadership.
