The conference will inquire into the areas of personal responsibility and leadership and create openings for action that you can take, personally and collectively, to make a positive and lasting difference in the oil and gas industry in Denmark.

Industry experts and data have shown that Denmark is in the bottom quartile in terms of safety performance in an international oil and gas perspective. To move the industry and to close that gap between perception and reality, everyone must do their part, and it cannot be done alone. What are you collectively doing about this? What about your leadership and your overall approach?

Establishing high-reliability safety leadership in organizations is about who you are and what you are for people around you, and how you guide and inspire your people to think and choose to be safe.

The conference will look at what the industry can learn from others who have been faced with challenges. Discussing what should be expected from leaders in the industry as well as investigate different tools, means, and convictions necessary to continue evolving reliable and consistent safety leadership.
