Mark Britton has 25 years’ experience working with a broad range of clients in over 40 countries and in many sectors including oil and gas, chemical and mining sectors. Working with senior leadership teams globally to build High‐Performance Organizations and Incident and Injury‐Free™ (IIF™) Safety Cultures, in organisations with significant development initiatives, operating companies and with major capital project teams.

The initiatives Mark designs and delivers with clients, breaks down the business and cultural barriers that exist between companies and functions on projects or within organisations. Enabling clients to create and realise complimentary opportunities that far exceed the stated business objectives.

Mark’s experience includes working with the leadership of RasGas as they became an established operating company. He also worked with Qatargas Senior Leadership, initially on their company direction statement and then on further reiterations. Followed by their corporate Incident and Injury‐Free™(IIF™) journey and major expansion projects including QG2 and QG3&4. Mark is currently the executive sponsor for the ongoing Qatar Petroleum strategy and values rollout in Qatar.

Mark co‐founded JMJ Associates in the EMEA Region in 1993 and has held several senior global roles including CEO, COO and Director of Marketing and Sales through the company’s international expansion. Prior to becoming a Consultant, Mark spent seven years working for BP in the UK and Venezuela. He held a number of procurement, contracts and materials management positions.

Mark holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management and an MSc in the Management of Change from Sheffield Hallam University in the UK. He is also currently undertaking his MSc in Consulting and Coaching for Change at Oxford University/HEC.
